With only a few days to go, the IPL fever is catching on. As the teams gear up for this season's battle, a brand new edition of Extraaa Innings T20 is back.

Adding to the glam quotient are Karishma Kotak and Rochelle Maria Rao, who are set to take you through the hits and misses of the game, along with hosts Gaurav Kapur and Samir Kochhar.

Says Rochelle, "I'm brushing up my cricket knowledge by watching matches and news. I've hosted shows and live events before, but this is the first time I'm hosting a live TV event." Karishma says, "I'm watching last year's IPL videos and taking tips from the producers."

The duo will be presenting the show from the field. So, what will they bring to the table? Rochelle says, "We will add to the glamour and entertainment aspect. We can't try and give advice because that will be taken care of by the experts. I am the youngest of all the presenters so far, and I hope I make an easy connect with the college crowd. I am a goofy person and will be myself on the show." Karishma says, "I'm well-spoken and I hope I handle the show with elan."

Neeraj Vyas, business head of the channel, says, "Apart from being glamorous, Karishma and Rochelle are also cricket buffs. They'll bring the action into India's living rooms, straight from the stadium."

(Pepsi IPL 2013 and Extraaa Innings T20 will air on Sony MAX and Sony SIX from April 3, 7pm onwards)

Young and vivacious, Patiala girl Navneet Kaur Dhillon confesses to have worked dedicatedly and consistently to achieve the Miss India World 2013 title. The 50th edition of Pond's Femina Miss India 2013 was special on its own and Navneet will always be remembered as the 50th Miss India.

Besides conquering the Miss India World 2013 title,Navneet Kaur Dhillon initially proved her mettle by conquering the state pageant, Miss India Chandigarh 2013.In an exclusive interview, Navneet, who hails from Patiala, spoke to us soon after she was crowned Pond's Femina Miss India winner on the 50th edition of the pageant on Sunday night in Mumbai.

Excerpts...

How do you feel after winning the crown?
I am feeling great and excited. Though it has not completely sunk in but I know my journey to get back the Miss World crown for my country has already started.

Does the crown make any difference?
This crown has given me the opportunity where my voice will now be heard for the social messages which I want to give.

What difference you want to make to the society, now that you have the crown and power in your hand?
I have made a few short films for social message against female feticide which now I know people will watch. I intend spreading the message against gender inequality. I want people to be aware that girls are no less and they can make their parents proud by achieving heights in every field. I would also want to work against the social evils like child labour and drug abuse.

If not you, who else do you think deserved the crown?
All my fellow contestant had worked very hard and were equally competent. Naming one will be injustice to the others. They all are beauty queens!

Is Bollywood the inevitable next step?
The only thing in my mind right now is that I have to bring back the Miss World Crown for my country. Thereafter, as I am a media student, Bollywood may be the inevitable final step.

What's next in pipeline?
Miss World for sure

The Grand Finale of Pond's Femina Miss India 2013 was the most exquisite moment for all the contestants. The look created was to enhance each one's beauty. They say great eye makeup can make every face turn absolutely attractive, and so, for the eyes, Lakme expert Cory Wallia's team used a gold from the Lakme Silk Route Quartet.

To complete the look they used the long lasting Lakme Absolute liner, as well as the Lakme kohl pencil and loads of mascara. For the cheeks, the experts used a soft pink blush and finally, for the lips, a lovely Melon Pink lipstick. The result? The ladies looked more beautiful and glamorous than ever!
